Johnny Boy, post up pics and your recipe for the beer cheese soup.  There is a restaurant behind my house that sells beer cheese soup, and its to die for.   I'll catch myself walking over and getting a bowl of the soup, and a beer.

I want to do a prime rib on the bbq.   It can't be that hard, the meat is about the same texture, and size as a pork shoulder.  And if they want it done more, just give them some AuJus to finish it off in.

We are doing some ham and taters.  I really want to do a big fat pork loin, but the kids and wife really want a ham.  So, that gives me some time to drink more beer.
Miss ya Dean (4THEWKN) & Kyle (KYOTA)!!
