Shackles and a decent spring pack will do the job keep it to a minimum since the more you lift the more that will have to be done to correct the steering geometry issues that will come up. The more you lift with the push pull steering the more it will pull the geometry out of line an adjustable draglink will correct this issue. If you don't mind a harsh ride the OEM length ready to install springs from the big box suppliers.
