automatic trans?  Yeah, you'll loose some power but as long as your 350 isn't on its last leg it will run 33s no problem.  Guys do it all the time.

But if your pretty sure you want to get a yota I wouldn't invest much money into the burb, even though it is a really clean rig.  Might be a good tow rig though.  And if you converted it so it had a bed that would be handy too.
