Axles, tires, engine, tcase and trans are staying. Seats, cab, frame, cage, bed, etc is being sold. I might see if there is interest at the Jambo for parts on it. The frame and cab would be great to swap all your running gear into 
Yeah, but I'm trying to build a bigger whatever... like a 4Runner. Still like those seats though. Maybe the cage too.
