I believe the early drum fj40 is a smaller steering arm bolt/stud/pin pattern than the mini/fj60 pattern.  Luke at 4x4 labs might offer a hysteer pattern for the smaller pattern don't quote me on that but give them a call on monday to check their options.  Also there is a guy in the northwest either oregon or washington who modifies the stock arms for higher steering, you might look into that.  It's pretty easy to convert to mini truck knuckles and disc brakes, I'd do that before wasting money on a smaller diameter patter hysteer, plus you can upgrade to the 25mm pin set up if needed. :twocents:
