the fuel filter is next to the tank. it surges at 2000 rpm when you rev it and hold it at 2000 rpm .but at a pull when driving it dont do it. it idles ruff and i have to turn the choke all the way off. were its open all the time because if i dont it well idle high all the time it want idle down
