the cord says it will handle up to 30 amps with 110/250v.  If I remember right, my welder says its max pull is 19.5 amps, and its on a 30 amp breaker.  I'm assuming it'll be fine.  Just wanted a second opinion and see if anyone else is running 10/3 and how it's working for them.
