from my experience most vibrations go away with higher speed except wheel balance, with the greater speeds approaching fifty five you will get vibrations.  Brakes would be felt when applied, mostly driveline with initial accel or decel from a higher speed.  I have watched shops balance tires wrong, not recheck after applying inside weight before outside, sometimes not even re run it to check balance.
