If the engine is turning over, but not firing up, it is either fuel, spark, air, or timing. Start checking to see what you don't have in correct in the mix.

'93 FSM should walk you through the process of checking the fuel pump, spark, timing, etc. If you can't get the timing within the adjustment range of the distributor, pull it out and turn it one tooth forward or backward at a time, until you can set the timing.
