A good CAM swap would help, also give you more/different power at different RPM ranges. Also taking all the pollution crap off can help, If it is a off-road only rig. Switching to an electric fan is a huge power adder for a 4-banger. After you do the cam swap, you might could go with some bigger jets and put a header/exhaust on it. And lets not forget a high flow air filter "K&N". In the end i doubt you break 150, without doing large/$$ mods.
OR you could get, a Camden Supercharger with, say 8lbs of Boost!!!! that would get her moving! until she blew that is.
