Probably a 3rz swap would be the best. Or going to efi if you wanna stay clear of the motor swap. Just a good header(pacesetter or headman are cheaper and flow good). and a flowmaster. Make sure you have a good set of plugs, cap and rotor, wires, fuel filter and change the trans and gear oils should run almost like a new truck.
