Well after much thinking about the situation I decided to do a rebuild on my 22r and avoid any further issues. And to add to the problem the donor had to be striped and disposed of in one day and my old bones just don't work that fast.
I think rebuilding my engine is the best bet at this point, still does not burn oil or knock, just getting tired and slow. Be a good winter project.
