sitting for two years the first thing i would do is pull the spark plugs and put a shot glass full of atf down in each cylinder and let it sit over night, then before putting the plugs back in spin the motor over to get the excess out , then put the plugs back in,  this will free up any rings that are stuck

X3 on pouring some gas (table spoon full at a time) down the carb
