If I use the manual tranny that comes behind the 5vz on my 1990, wouldn't the drive shaft drop on the driver side? If so, Is there an an adapter that will make the transfer case drop my drive shaft to the passenger side?
are you using this in your 90 truck??  or a buggy of some sort??

your transmission should bea  R150  of which had a pass side drop factory but it was a chain driven case

if using a 3.4 liter v6 trans, then you can still put the pass side drop tcase on it i believe
