Whatever dude.  Like that would happen every time.  Did it twist from the recoil, or did it twist because the broken birf wouldn't turn in the housing and you still gave it gas and then twisted the inner?  Believe me, they ARE worth every penny, and more :moon:

The AP inners are gonna make the weak point the R&P.  Much less expensive (and easier to fix on the trail) to have the inner the weak point.  If I remember correctly, the stock inners are rated at 10,000 pounds, and R&P somewhere around 12,000.  So, you would probably break the R&P in most of the spots where the stock inners would let go anyways.
