Darn right, and if it was cold enough you'd be wearing a coat -- and shorts. And if the mud puddles got big enough, you'd be looking for a fishing pole....   

I was a fat kid at 10 and I was still outside playing my ass off. Exploring the greenbelt behind my house, trying to bounce my skinny friends off the trampoline, catching crawfish. Those were the days...

Oh yea, when we were little we could still explore all through the valley and hills near the house, basically just tear off into the woods from across the street.  Used to even be able to jump on the dirt bike, "push" it across the street and rip off into the hills
