I have welded 8 diffs with a 180hd miller never had one break and I have welded a couple 240sx diffs that are dd and drift cars none have broken and i have had mine out of my truck plenty of times since i welded them, no issues... I think it matters if you know how to weld it but they seem to hold up amazing for me and everyone else I have welded diffs for.
