As long as you have the FJ60 rotor.
From what I understand there is several castings (4 I think) of the V6 caliper, get the 95(?) caliper for the 4runner, that is the heaviest of the 4 piston calipers. Also look into the larger master cylinder too! The FJ80 has the 1" bore. Call Marlin and get all the stuff you need at one stop shopping.
