Nice clean looking rig.

Unfortunately what it is worth and what you can get for it in todays market are two different issues.  A few yrs ago here in CA you could have likely gotten $5-6k for it as it is, now you can get completely built clean rigs for that amount.

You should take a look at the craigslist.com for your area/surrounding communities in TX, and see what similar rigs are listing for.

A good method for pricing it is take the high blue book value, add on 50% of the cost of the bumpers, sliders, lift/larger tires, and propane injection, then add about $500-1000 negotiating room.  I would think getting $3500 for it would be a fair price.  I know it has the sought after SA, but the wheeling community is no longer growing like it once was, so the demand isn't there(at least not here in CA) to push prices up much above KBB.

IMO, being the only owner of it and with the condition it is in, if you don't need/have to sell it, it would be worth swapping the gears and continue to keep it for a nice DD.
