Re: miles per tank full of gas? « on: May 29, 2009, 12:36:52 AM » I have an 87 4Runner that had a stock 22RE, 5 speed, 5.29's with 35's. I was getting 18-20 mpg or 220-250 mpt (miles per tank). I just swapt in an LC cam & LC header & I'm still getting 18-20 mpg. My 4Runner has an idiot light that comes on & I have taken it till the engine is cutting out due to no fuel, roughly about 35 miles left so you better find a gas station fast.
