Why was the steering locked in the first place? i think on this model when it was turned all the way to one side and you lock the key it locks the steering not sure but when the chp and I turned the key and put the bike in nuetral we were able to roll it a bit backwards and turn the steering a bit. I had to lift the front of the bike to get it to steer alot to get it off the road.
