those rims look too huge, almost like a 20" rim with a 35" tire

and it doesn't look to have any flex

Good points Jimbo. When I originally rebuilt my Tamiya RC (Mountaineer), I had 2.2" rims with 5.1" tall tires. It didn't look right at all. And thinking about it, it is supposed to be a 1/10th scale, so that would be like having 22" wheels and 51" tires on my own 1st gen Yota :thud:

The only other option is to run 1.9" rims with 3.5-4.2" tires or so, which is good for the tires as you can use a 3.7" tire and get a true 37" 1/10th scale look, but the wheels are still a 1.9" which is a scale 19" rim on your Yota.

It would be sweet if someone made a 1.5" rim :yesnod:
