if ya want good mileage, id go with a 2lt. its a 4cylinder turbo toyota diesel engine that basically bolts into any 20r/22re rig.. im running a non turbo 2l engine and love it.tons of low end power. i get 30 mpg with 33"s and 4:88s. plus you can run it on straight used vegetable oil (free) and when gas prices get to $5.00 gal.
