:therethere:  sorry bud, that sucks.  I'd imagine you can poke into your policies and procedures a bit though, it sounds like your supe is abusing his authority by deciding to take the day off and make you work extra.  Seems like a bit of conflict of interest, especially since he apparently(?) didn't put in for the holiday time back in January?
