I honestly wouldnt know what would be best.  I have very little experience with gears so this is a learning experience for me.  If you could tell me what exactly would this do for me, pros and cons of it, and i guess a quick layman's terms overview of how gears work, and how this locker oppoosed to other lockers would work I would really appreciate it.  Also, I have heard you dont want to put a locker in the front becasue it messes with the steering and control of the truck.  Is this true??  what are the adverse effects of having a locker in the front. 

Does anyone have experience with this type of locker??  I have no idea what to expect from it and what is the difference between it and a full locker.
