piperat and 86r    read my post again,  the socket didnt come off ,they broke,  :hammerhead:  the last time with the snapon impact socket when we hit the starter it locked the motor, when the bar hit the right frame,   :smack:

as in the starter wouldnt turn the motor cause the socket and breaker bar on the bolt didnt move  :thud:
