I got the tires balanced today and all four were off a bit.  It appears that a lot of the vibration is gone, but I'm planning to replace the t-case rear main bearing tomorrow or Wednesday to eliminate all known possibilities.  I pulled the drive shaft yesterday and it appears to be tight.  It's getting closer...
