The piece I removed is the upper left hand box in your pic. The box has a striagth through elbow but it has a hole in the center that dumps into the box. The 88-89 4-runner used just a plan elbow like the one on the upper right hand but it is a hrad plastic. I will get a pic of that up. The 88-89 also had the peice you have circled.
