Your local ISP could still have an old DNS cash in there somewhere. Give it time.
Thats what I am guessing for my.. I did the old ipconfig/flushdns reset the router, and restarted the computers, on both the desktop and my laptop, and still don't have PBB on either. Oh well.. It better come back soon though.
