At this point, it's starting to look fairly sad in here.  Why can't we just be the "bigger man" and let it die?  If he wants to persue it further on other boards it's on him, but is it really worth all the bandwagon jumping?  We're pretty much all adults here, right?  Maybe we should act that way before anybody makes this board look any worse...
