when the clutch is pressed? that is a pilot issue, not a throwout issue
:psss:    Both bearings spin with the clutch pedal depressed. 

  With the clutch pedal down the input shaft stops spinning as soon as you make a shift and the throwout bearing spins as long as it's against the clutch cover with your foot on the pedal (even slightly).   :yupyup:
