My 94 is running the LC header with their high flow cat and 2'' piping back to a Flowmaster 40. (too loud)
LC claims the header adds 10-15 hp depending on the the other mods to the engine, intake, exhaust, mass air etc...
This was kinda pricey but the install was fun and well worth it in the long run.
The truck definitely pulls harder.
I also got a k&n filter charger kit that helps a little.
looking back a snorkel would have been better!
Some shops around here take the stock 22r/re manifold and cut off the 3 bolt flange. Then weld on a custom fitting with larger piping. a kind of homemade header.
I shoulda tried that b/f the getting the LC header.....
