I just put one in the rear of my truck a week before doing the Con. I love it, works absolutly great. I originally purchased it for the price. I have no issues with it on the street, just drive around for an hour till you see how it is slightly different than the open diff.
You were asking about it in the front axle while on the road. Do you plan on being in 4x4 on the street alot? if not, you wont be affected..
