no she didnt have insurance, Statefarm is going to pay for my immediate medical upto $5000 i think, and for my truck then they will sue her for their money, and My lawyer is going to work with statefarm to make sure she suffers as much as i am
and btw i go see the MD doctor wednesday, the chiroprater is working with the med doctor to make sure i heal as well as i possibly can, although they said the injury i recieved to my neck and base of my skull is permanent
it can be made better and with help not be in as much pain but it is permanetn and possibly she will pay for my disability
