the 2WD and 4WD oil pans are different....

2WD is front oil pickup...
4WD is rear oil pickup...

You have that backwards, I have a two-wheel drive 3.0 pan on mine and it is rear sump. You also need the oil pickup tube and screen, you should change the windage tray, and if you want the dip stick and tube . I did not change the dipstick and tube. When I filled it up with oil I started it and let it run for a few minutes, shut it off and let it sit for about fifteen minutes. Pulled the dipstick and made a new mark on it for full.
