marlin rebuilds the best trannies... his v6 tranny rebuilds are $995 with a $500 core charge as for the clutch, marlins again are the best in the business, i have a marlin clutch in my 4cyl truck. marlin offers 4 clutches for your truck, conventional and ceramic, regular and heavy duty. they range in price from $179-274. if the truck is street/daily driven, i would recommend a conventional clutch.
as for the driveshaft, you jsut take it to a driveline place and have them make a single piece, marlin may actually be able to help with this as they recommend a vendor called
