hey Mike, I have a 93 pickup 4wd 22re manual and the stock vss went out on it. I also have a 92 2wd 22re manual. I pulled both of the vss's out and the 4wd has the small gear you are showing for the gear drive t-case and the 2wd has the one shown for the chain case. I pulled them each apart and swapped the pickups from one to the other and my speedo works now but reads really high (doing 55 while showing 100). My question is this it in the works for marlin to either produce a new pickup to attach to my gear, or a whole (factory-style) unit? I know that the dealer wants > $200 for a replacement unit. I'm wondering about just the portion in the red outline.
