I work for an architectural firm, and I am currently doing work on a project at Daytona Beach Community College.
That's what gave me the idea.
It's about a mile from the beach. Its a very well respected community college, there are a lot of other well respected colleges in the area, the cost of living in FL is WELL BELOW CA. so the relocation costs would be a plus to him.
AND.. it is warm here most of the year... Daytona beach.... Not only the college weeks but... bike week
... race week
... biketoberfest ..
