I think You maybe wrong with the rear Mike, what I have found out it is common 8" with a LSD, same type found on late 4Runners and Lexus GX450.
Here is pic from mine, not so good thought:


Front is 7.5", maybe same as early 4Runners have, but I am not sure.

Transfer case is as We all know VF1A, but does "left-handed" mean same as passenger side? Anyways, it has a passenger side output.
