I am still super stoked on my header and exhaust.
what did you have to do to get the smog rail on the header?
I think thorley has a couple of different options, I could be wrong though.
how loud is that without a muffler? i might have to run mine with no muffler for a couple days and was just curious.... 
I had to drive mine on a open header a half an hour on the open highway to get to the muffler shop, LOUD!!
Although climing the hill between santa cruz and watsonville in fourth gear pinned was fun..
