OK talked to some more guys and got a little more info... They (Dodge corp.) tends to think that the t-case is trying to shift itself into 4low while going down the road. They believe the solenoid is vibrating and causing it to malfunction.  The trucks with this problem are all shift on the fly 4wd no matter what engine. They (Dodge) doesn't know for sure because all the trucks are coming in on a tow truck with half the t-case missing. Thats all I got out of them today I think there going to keep this quiet for awhile
