this seems to be the same problem i have. My shake/rattle almost a grinding happens at 45 mph+/ sawing of steering wheel. I however thought it was a tranny prob. So our problem can be from the front? I'm on about 300 miles with 5.29's and front lockrite, but doesnt everything stay still if your manual hubs are unlocked/2wd? Mine only happens when i let off the gas/nuetral as well. rear joints were just replaced.
