well if  you went to 33's  thats your problem,  the 22R-RE is  a  great little motor  if  allowed  to work in its  torque curve, they really like to cruise  at 3000 rpm

what  you need to do  right now  is  change the  gears in your  differentials  to 4.88  since  they are now 4.10

but in the short term  stay out of 5th,   let  the  engine  run  around 3000  -3200   on the highway,   4000  rpm  for  a long hill aint hurtin nothin
