:D I have put a solid axle gear into a hub, so I know that will work. My main concern is wheather or not the gear will contact the splines corectly.
Are you trying to tell us that the hub dials will bottom on the birf?
I would like to read your old post on this. Will ya give me a link Please Jimbo?
the only difference  IS  the  inner gear,  if  you have some ifs  lockouts,  you can  get the inner gear from Bobby  and convert them  to solid axle
