How about the 2nd amendment?  Also, the ban isn't just on assault rifles, but on pretty much anything deemed "unsporting."  The bill considers M1garands, some semiauto shotguns, the AR15, and others "nonsporting"  and will ban them.  It also calls for national gun registratio, and unlike the clinton bill from what, 1994?  is PERMANENT
