We put in a V6 rear end in my '84 extra cab.  We did the vented rotors and V6 caliper upgrade along with the booster and master from the V6 unit.  Also had to extend parking brake cables too.  Stops great too!  Thanks, to Tallchevy350 for the help! 

Heh I just did the same exact thing a couple weeks ago to my 85 4runner. the new stopping power sure as hell beats the setup i did have. not to mention my rotors were toast along with the pads up front and i needed to bleed the brakes so bad i had to pump the pedal about 4 times every time i needed to stop. talk about sketchy. only after doing the swap did i realize how poor my old brakes were
