If an 84 engine was swapped into an 83, and the 83 intake used(hell I'm not even sure you would have to do that)there shouldn't be any difference in wiring.
Or do you mean something else by
83-84 Wiring/Electrical
83s and84s are different, wiring-wise, but the engine is EXACTLY the same.
