http://www.22re.com/John's Foreign Engines is a little bit north of Portland. A coworker of mine had his engine rebuilt there and
they backed their work 100%. He ended up getting a couple of cams that were bad and required tearing into the engine twice. This was a part problem, not a build problem, and there was no additional charge for the work. You can also get a remanufactured engine from them for about $1,200 and send them your core.
