Mine has the same problem, sorta. Sometimes I have to give it gas when starting, then it wants to stall, have to feather the gas for a second then it's fine. But only when the engine is cold, after it's been running for a while it's fine.
I got mine running today and unhooked the TPS while it was running and only a slight difference was heard/felt.
