It is possible that it could be the throwout bearing. I have seen it before. If it's just barely touching the clutch enough to spin it and it has a bad spot it will sqeal.
Now that is a correct symptom of a bad release bearing. But his does not make any sound until the clutch pedal is
released.
the sound is only there when the pedal is all the way out.
